The Rev. Samuel Brimblecom, born Feb. 11, 1799 to Col. Samuel Brimblecom, was educated at the Divinity School of the Univ. of Cambridge and married Harriet Buttrick, born in 1801, on Oct. 22, 1822 in Concord, Mass. They had 9 sons: Samuel, Charles, Frederick, Francis Alden, Edward, William, Henry, James, Albert J., and one daughter, Lucy A., born between 1823-1840 in Maine and Mass. The marriage between Rev. Brimblecom and Harriet was dissolved in 1851.
